Pamela Anderson shocked onlookers at her 41st birthday celebrations when she received a cake shaped like female genitals. The former Baywatch star entertained revellers at a Las Vegas nightclub by erotically licking the cake, shaped like a replica of a vagina. Anderson spent the evening kissing and cuddling magician Criss Angel, who has also been romantically linked to Cameron Diaz and Britney Spears.An onlooker said: "Pammie and Criss seemed to be getting on really well. They were making out in a corner for pretty much the whole evening before they moved over to another sofa where they joked and posed for photographers." Pammie was recently reported to have rekindled her relationship with ex-husband Tommy Lee, the father of her two children Brandon and Dylan.
