The former 'Baywatch' actress, who is an ardent animal rights campaigner, is full of admiration for the British designer's fur-free creations.

Pamela said: "All I want for Christmas is Stella McCartney. You feel very alive wearing her clothes and knowing nothing has been killed."

The 41-year-old blonde beauty has become firm friends with Stella and even stripped off naked in her London shop window as part of a PETA protest in 2006.

Pamela is no stranger to speaking out about the welfare of animals.

Earlier this year, she wrote to fast food chain KFC over the treatment of chickens on their suppliers' farms.

Pammie - who has been working with PETA against KFC for around three years - fumed: "My friends at PETA Europe and I have a bone to pick with KFC over the treatment of birds.

"Chickens are bred so quickly they can barely walk and stew in their own waste. This is Colonel Sanders' real 'secret recipe'. Many are still fully conscious when their necks are sliced open and some are even burned to death in the scalding tank."

Pammie even stopped wearing her beloved UGG sheepskin boots after she realised they were made from animals.

She said: "I'm getting rid of my UGGs. I feel so guilty for that craze being started around my 'Baywatch' days - I used to wear them with my red swimsuit to keep warm - never realising that they were SKIN!

"I thought they were shaved kindly. People like to tell me all the time that I started that trend - yikes!"

Pamela Anderson wants marijuana to be legalized.

The former 'Baywatch' star has written an open letter to US President-elect Barack Obama, outlining ways to make the country better.

Pamela believes cultivating the illegal substance would "save children" and help the environment.

She wrote on her official blog: "I think we should legalize marijuana, tax and monitor - farm hemp etc. This would make our borders less corrupt and then I think eventually this will be a more secure option and save children in the long run - we should be able to farm hemp in America - it's just silly. It would create jobs and be good for the environment."

Pamela also controversially suggests anyone found guilty of molesting children or possessing child pornography, should be castrated for their crimes.

She continues: "Government must castrate every molester - potential molester - err on the safe side. If any child pornography is found in anyone's possession, or anyone creating such atrocities, or if any child is brave enough to come forward (at any young age to bring attention to a potential molester - listen) they need to be taken very seriously and see that justice is served.

"The abuse is way worse than any trial could be - our children need more protection and justice seen. It needs to be PREVENTED not just punished."

It does not stop here, the Baywatch star advices Barack Obama on the importance of vegetarianism, saying that it would help end world hunger and crack down on factory farming that is killing the environment and slaughtering so many animals.

She also asks the president to shut down the Guantanamo Bay because, according to her, it was time to make amends and seek out peaceful solutions. The blond-head also refers the president to do some serious literary reading, and refers books like 'The Shock Doctrine by Naomi Klein’, and 'Crimes Against Nature by Robert Kennedy’

As an executive producer on this project, Anderson has final say over what gets in. It is soon obvious that she uses that power wisely. "Girl on the Loose" knows where it's going at all times as it carefully crafts an image of Anderson as an appreciative and approachable sex symbol, a doting mother, a tireless crusader for animals and a celebrity who's just as down to earth as you and me, by gum.

That she is able to accomplish all this even as she builds a Malibu mansion is testimony to her astute understanding of her public persona and how to burnish it to maximum effect. That starts with the look of the series, which is on film. Grainy film, at that. The E! press release says Anderson wants the show to have a "'60s-esque artistic flare of a feature documentary." You can believe that if you like. Or maybe, at age 41, Anderson understands that the razor-sharp lens of an HD camera is no longer her best friend. The series has a generous amount of seminude and scantily clad shots and story lines that rarely last a few minutes. Meanwhile, Anderson uses a telestrator to caption each and every scene with pink lipstick. Is she really a "crazy bitch?" Sure, and Bill Gates is a tinkerer with no business sense.

Australian Big Brother ends despite Pamela Anderson

Australia’s version of Big Brother will come to an end, seven years after it was started on Network Ten, and despite appearances by actressPamela Anderson in an effort to up its viewing figures. It has been announced that the Australian Big Brother will not be coming back after the current series finishes this month. Pamela Anderson's marriage to third husband Rick Salomon has been officially annulled. In paperwork filed in Los Angeles Superior Court today, both parties were declared single persons on the grounds of fraud.

After hooking up last year, the longtime friends got hitched October 6, 2007 in a small ceremony in between Pam's two nightly appearances in Hans Klok's magic show in Las Vegas. By December there was already trouble in the young union — Pam filed for divorce, then withdrew her claim. But in February she filed for an annulment — citing fraud. Last week, Rick filed his own annulment request also citing fraud.

Neither has explained why the fraud allegation is being made. This is the latest in series of short, turbulent marriages for Pam, who was previously married to Tommy Lee, with whom she has two sons, and Kid Rock. Rick is best known for appearing in a porn with Paris Hilton called One Night in Paris. He was also briefly married to Shannen Doherty and actress Elizabeth Daily, with whom he as two daughters.

Pamela Anderson's trousers do a vanishing act as she hits the stage for a magic show

Pamela Anderson starred in a magic show in Berlin yesterday but it wasn't her tricks that got the crowd talking. The former Baywatch star emerged on stage in just a tight corset and skimpy briefs after her trousers apparently did a disappearing act of all of their own.

The actress, never one to shy away from revealing outfits, was performing as an assistant to Dutch magician Hans Klok during her visit to Germany. Last week she sparked rumours of romance with Klok after the pair cosied up at a press conference ahead of the show.

The Baywatch star is soon to be a free agent - she is seeking to annul her brief marriage to Rick Salomon rather than getting a standard divorce. She cited "fraud" as the reason for the annulment but no other details were given in court papers filed last month.She filed for divorce from Salomon in December, citing irreconcilable differences, after just two months of marriage.

ANDERSON'S EX LANDS FILM ROLE OPPOSITE DIAZ

PAMELA ANDERSON's soon-to-be ex-husband RICK SALOMON has landed a role in CAMERON DIAZ's new movie MY SISTER'S KEEPER.
While Anderson is seeking an annulment to end her brief marriage to the poker player, Salomon is using his notoriety to land film roles.
As well as marrying the Baywatch babe, Salomon also starred in the One Night In Paris sex video, which he shot with then-girlfriend Paris Hilton.

In The Midst Of Annulment, Pamela Anderson Lays Low

Speaking of people who are fighting for the baby seals, does anyone know why Pamela Anderson's website is in limbo? Animal rights activist and platinum blonde beauty Pam has an online blog, but her website has been down since - well, not long after Pam announced she was divorcing Rick Salomon, and then retracted it.

Her official website's homepage has been replaced by a referral to Google.com, with some ads under it (hey, make a buck, why not?). That's kind of a good idea. I ought to do that on my days off.

The Associated Press reported on Feb. 26th that Anderson has now filed for an annulment from Salomon, citing fraud as the cause.

Meanwhile, former flame Kid Rock (Robert Ritchie) has just entered a plea of Not Guilty for the October 21st Waffle House incident. Maybe Pam just needs a little break from the public eye. She deserves it. Hang in there, girl!!

Remember when Ecorazzi told you about Pamela Anderson’s speech protesting seal hunting in Canada? Well yesterday afternoon Pamela blogged about it on her website, PamelaChannel.com. She said:

“Ms Bardot asked me to represent her in her annual press conference at her foundation”s headquarter by Eiffle Tower- in her and my plea to ban the seal hunt in Canada (coming again soon)- It was an amazing crowd-full of sympathy- I saw tears (even papperazzi) when I played footage of the baby seals being beaten and sometimes skinned alive in this barbaric-cash bonus for the fisheries.

Pamela Anderson takes it all off in Paris

Former Baywatch bombshell Pamela Anderson spent Valentine’s Day in France this year, where she gave audiences in Paris a whole lot to love.

Anderson performed twice last week in various states of undress before sellout crowds of 500 enthusiastic viewers, each paying the equivalent $300 for the privilege– at the legendary Paris burlesque club Le Crazy Horse. Anderson delivered the highlight of her appearance in a sheer black body on the back of a Harley Davidson motorcycle.

The sensual dance number was a homage to the 1950’s hit “Harley Davidson” made famous by 50’s bombshell of France Brigitte Bardot. The 73-year old French actress, also famous in France for her animal activism—another interest she shares with Pamela Anderson, sent Anderson flowers from St. Tropez and wished her luck in her Paris debut.
Anderson has followed in the steps of French actress Bardot in using her stardom to campaign for the protection of animals. Anderson, a native of Canada, was in France to meet with Bardot during Anderson’s campaign for the protection of baby seals.

40-year old American actress and pin-up Anderson explained that she was to deliver a letter written by Bardot to the Canadian ambassador to France, in an attempt to curb seal hunting around the Pacific. “It sickens me not just as a Canadian but as a human being,” Anderson said. Anderson and other animal rights activists claim that hunting for baby seals, outlawed for 20 years, has been reinstated recently because new markets for fur have opened up in Russia and China. She found time while in France to protest before the Canadian Embassy in Paris against seal hunting with fellow activists from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals.
Anderson has been urging designers and consumers to boycott pelts and seal products.

Anderson’s show at the Crazy Horse saloon in Paris was about other urges entirely. Although Le Crazy Horse is known for its topless and nude numbers featuring strategically placed feathers, Anderson asserted that her Paris performance was “a celebration of women. It’s done very respectfully, very classy, and it’s a wonderful show for women as well as for men.”

While Americans may find this statement hard to swallow, it is true that France and especially Paris has had a rather different cultural relationship with female nudity throughout its history. The French make a distinction between the more raunchy burlesque houses of Pigalle and the famous, expensive upscale clubs featuring shows with nude women such as the Crazy Horse, the Lido and others, most of which are of longstanding in Paris and are indeed frequented by both sexes. Some other American actresses have even been made famous for disrobing in the capital of France, notably Josephine Baker.

Recently, under new management, the Crazy Horse of Paris, which opened in 1951, has started a policy to recapture the glory days by featuring famous or prestigious artists stripping for a limited number of shows, such as Dita Von Teese, Arielle Dombasle and Pamela Anderson. The club occupies a venerable old building on the Avenue George V one of the toniest streets of Paris’ chic 8th arrondissement, just steps away from Hermes, five-star hotels, expensive restaurants and various foreign embassies.

One observer described Anderson’s number: “She was great. She was totally into it – it was impressive. And the crowd responded very warmly.” Reports say that though tickets for Anderson’s Paris show were around $300 apiece, the actress was not paid for her appearance. “This isn’t for money,” said Anderson. “It’s just for the love of the art, and the Crazy Horse does it best.” No word as to whether the Crazy Horse plans on donating any of its Valentine’s haul to PETA.

Pamela Anderson to give Valentine’s Day strip performance

Pamela Anderson will deliver an on-stage strip performance on Valentine’s Day. The former ‘Baywatch’ actress will perform four times at Paris’ Le Crazy Horse cabaret club on February 13 and 14, after club owner Andree Diessenberg saw her assisting magician Hans Klok in his Las Vegas show last year. Diessenberg told People magazine: “Pamela chose the dates herself. But when I saw her onstage, I said to myself right away, 'I have to put her onstage.' What a knockout. “Pamela will perform a Brigitte Bardot tribute number entitled ‘Harley Davidson’ and will also appear in the finale.”

Le Crazy Horse is a cabaret club situated on the expensive Avenue George V in France’s capital city. After opening in 1952, it quickly became known as the ‘Temple of Nudity’ because of its fully-nude performances. The club is frequented by many stars. Burlesque queen Dita Von Teese regular performs, while Jay-Z and Beyoncé Knowles treated themselves to a private visit for Jay-Z’s 38th birthday last year. Mother-of-two Pamela is reportedly in discussions about whether or not she will appear fully nude in the finale.

For last night’s New Year’s Eve festivities, Pamela Anderson hit up club Pure in Las Vegas. But the most action her kids saw was fireworks and pay-per-view movies from their hotel room.

But when it comes to hosts the Hilton sisters, it turns out that money cannot make you perfect.

"Every year I make a resolution to work out and eat healthily but I can't keep it," Paris told Pop Tarts. "But I'm giving it another try this year. It's a big year for me, two movies coming out and a lot of projects in the works."

But it has been one helluva hot weekend for the hotel heiresses (who certainly have done well earning some post-Christmas cash by partying since Thursday). Pop Tarts has heard that the post-pokey princess and her lil' sis will be pocketing almost a mil between them just for sinning in Sin City for the New Year.

It was the not-so-pure Paris' turn to host the party at PURE on Sunday where she popped by just after midnight to shake her booty for the big bevy of boogiers and boom, that soulful singing voice of hers with a rendition of "Do Ya Think I'm Sexy?"

While Pop Tarts didn't hear a direct answer, somehow when you're wearing a hot-pink sequined mini and strutting on a stage (on the Strip) for hundreds of peeps who just wanna get down and dirty, we would assume Paris gets a yes.

The other more Mini mogul, Nicky, sat back with her beau Dave Katzenberg and cheered on her sis alongside "rapper" Federline, who brought out his entire family (minus the baby boys), to take shots of JD and watch everybody's wild ways.

Hmmm... And we are starting to speculate whether "The Hills" hottie Brody Jenner has something spesh stirring with the eldest Hilton heiress. After the two looked lovely together on Friday and Saturday at the MTV reality show, the boys returned to PURE again on Sunday for more good times... and at least for Jenner, what looked to be a little more fun and flirting. But will he have to beat out K-Fed for the "Simple" Star?

"Kevin couldn't keep his eyes of Paris all night," an insider told us. "He thinks she is a pretty cool chick."

But Brody's on-again/off-again bella Lauren Conrad and her "Hills" pals Audrina Patridge and Whitney Port weren't too far away as they did plenty of sinning of their own down the Strip at the lush LAX at the Luxor. The gals were later joined by Avril Lavigne and her hubby, Deryck Whibley, and the normally straight-faced punk princess actually smiled... well, wouldn't you, too, if the DJ kept turning the tables with "Girlfriend"?

Even though Tarts was busy groovin' and movin' at the opening of Jay-Z's 40/40 at the Palazzo, we didn't forget that that wasn't the only hotspot opening its doors for the first time. Funny men David Spade and Adam Sandler made a lethal mix of laughs and liquor on Friday night at the Bellagio's brand new "The Bank" as they celebrated the birthday of filmmaker Judd Apatow.

The boys got boozy by head-banging (seriously) as they took over the DJ booth on a bender, which burned through to Saturday night when Red Hot Chili Pepper Anthony Kiedis came along to add some more spice to the err, spirit... Or shall we say spirits?

Pop Tarts also popped Dave Navarro partying by himself at the new club on Saturday night. We've heard word that the muso wasn't supposed to be seen at any other nitespot as he hosted the NYE shindigs at Rain... hmmm, seems like he committed a double-sin 'cause we also caught him at LAX on Sunday night. Dirty Dave!
