Pamela Anderson sells off chainmail bra and baywatch float

Pamela Anderson has sold off the contents of one of her homes in a spring clean after the breakup of her third marriage. Fans who flocked to the sale were able to take their pick from hundreds of items, which ranged from the celebrated to the mundane and domestic. Among the most recognisable items was a signed lifeguard’s float from her days playing the character CJ Parker in the television series. More unusual items were found among a large collection of underwear, negligees, high heels and feather boas. A pink exercise machine called “the butt blaster”, a collection of racy books and numerous copies of her own novels were also on sale.

Anderson also sold her predominantly-white furniture, including garden loungers and benches and beds which had belonged to her sons as well as a large number of mattresses and sets of bed linen.
For those seeking a practical bargain, kitchen items on sale included a toaster, blender, saucepans, a fridge and a chocolate fondue set. The sale in Los Angeles came a month after the 40-year-old’s brief marriage to Rick Salomon was annulled. All proceeds from the sale went to Anderson’s favourite charity, the animal rights campaign group Peta.
